If you are an Engineer, Architect, Engineering Graduate, and Construction Professional, then our next blog is for you. 🏗👷♂️👷♀️
More than 29 years ago, I began my career in project management as an engineer in the construction industry in the Philippines.
Then, I went to work abroad in the year 2007 with a construction company and now I’m currently employed with a design & consultancy company since the year 2009 in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Why I’m telling you this?
Because looking back then, developing your project management skills can be a one-way career path.
Meaning, you can become good at managing construction projects through accumulation and exposure of one construction project after the other – this is what they call “Accidental Project Manager”.
However, this is a long and tedious process in which only a few professionals are privileged.
But NOT anymore for you, because I’m going to show you the career path for you to take to become effective and successful in the construction industry – in a short period of time.
How can you make the most of your skills, and knowledge, tools and techniques, current trends, and best practices in project management & construction whether...
1. Work in National/Local
2. Work Abroad
3. What You Will Get: Skills, Knowledge, Current Trends, & Best Practice
4. Benefits.
Maybe you have ideas on how to become successful in the construction industry, but it seems you are not achieving it in your profession or project goals as much as you want to.
The good news is, there are standards in project management where you need to learn this step by step and apply these tools and techniques, and best practices to your projects easier than you thought.
