These figures are indicative and can vary depending on specific project details, size, and location. They're intended to provide a rough estimate for budget planning, rather than serve as the final cost basis for your entire project. It's crucial to consult with your designer or builder for precise pricing and consider value engineering to potentially reduce costs further.

Bare finish: Approximately 20,000 to 23,000 pesos
Standard finish: Around 30,000 to 32,000 pesos
Luxury finishes: Roughly 40,000 to 44,000 pesos
Iconic finish: Consistently at 65,000 pesos

For instance, if you're planning a 300 sqm home with luxury finishes, the estimated budget could be around 13.2 million pesos (300 sqm x 44,000 pesos/sqm).

Please note that these estimates exclude design fees, furniture, and equipment. They are based on insights from construction materials' growth rates and internal project surveys.
