The company name was taken from the owner of the company itself, Mr. Reynaldo C. De Silva, a man known for being hard working and a dedicated person. It has been a years when this company started with only few skilled workers working hand- in- hand to achieve a common goal. And with that, Redesil Construction started to make a name for rendering a good service at Holcim Philippines Inc. (formerly
