Job Summary:
Administrative support
• Office management: in charge of executing and acting as a central point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
• Correspondence and communication: Managing phone calls, emails, and general correspondence in a professional manner.
• Record keeping: Maintaining confidential and organized physical and digital filing systems for both financial and administrative documents.
