OPEN POSITIONS
1. Electrical / Solar Energy Engineer
Field/Details
Location : Olongapo City, Philippines (Headquarters) — with fieldwork across Central Luzon
Employment Type : Full-time
Reports to : Founder / General Manager
Qualifications
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) — active PRC license required
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical system design, installation, or maintenance
• Knowledge of solar PV system design, load calculation, and component specification (training provided for candidates without direct solar experience)
• Familiarity with the Philippine Electrical Code, DOE regulations, and local permitting processes
• Understanding of battery energy storage systems (BESS), inverters, and net-metering applications is an advantage
• Ability to read and prepare electrical diagrams, single-line diagrams, and system layouts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct solar feasibility assessments, site surveys, and energy audits for client facilities
• Design and specify solar PV systems, battery storage, and backup power solutions
• Coordinate with licensed electrical contractors for permitting and interconnection
• Supervise installation activities, ensure quality assurance and safety compliance
• Perform system commissioning, testing, and performance verification
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and project documentation
• Provide technical support and training to field technicians and clients
2. Network / IT Engineer
Field/Details
Location : Olongapo City, Philippines (Headquarters) — with fieldwork across Central Luzon

Reports to : Founder / General Manager
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• PRC license (ECE or CpE) is preferred but not required for candidates with strong experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in network design, installation, or IT infrastructure management
• Proficiency in LAN/WAN design, fiber optic cabling, structured cabling, and wireless networking
• Experience with IP-based CCTV systems, access control, and video surveillance platforms
• Knowledge of VoIP/PBX systems and telecom equipment installation
• Familiarity with IoT sensors, energy monitoring dashboards, and smart device integration is an advantage
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge (network security, firewall configuration, access management)
• Cisco, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certifications are a plus
Key Responsibilities
• Design, install, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, fiber, wireless) for client facilities
• Deploy and configure IP CCTV systems, access control, and security monitoring platforms
• Set up VoIP, PBX, and telecom equipment for business clients
• Integrate energy monitoring systems, IoT sensors, and smart inverters with client networks
• Provide IT managed services including server setup, network monitoring, and cybersecurity support
• Prepare technical proposals, network diagrams, and project documentation
• Conduct client training on systems and provide ongoing technical support
3. Field Technician (Multiple Positions)
Field/Details
Location : Olongapo City, Philippines (Headquarters) — with fieldwork across Central Luzon
Employment Type : Full-time
Reports to : Electrical/Solar Engineer or Network/IT Engineer
Qualifications
• Graduate of a technical/vocational program (TESDA-certified) in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Hardware, or related field
• TESDA NCII certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, or willingness to obtain one (company-sponsored)
• TESDA NCII in Solar PV Systems Installation is a strong advantage (company will sponsor certification for qualified candidates)
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in electrical installation, cabling, or IT equipment setup (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply)
• Ability to perform physical tasks: climbing ladders, working at heights, lifting equipment (up to 25 kg)
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, network cabling (Cat5e/Cat6, fiber), and CCTV installation
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment (multimeter, cable tester, etc.)
• Honest, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions precisely
• Valid driver's license (manual transmission) is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
• Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and battery systems under engineer supervision
• Perform network cabling, fiber optic termination, and equipment mounting
• Install and configure IP cameras, access control devices, and security system components
• Set up IT equipment, servers, routers, switches, and wireless access points
• Conduct routine maintenance: panel cleaning, system inspections, equipment testing
• Assist engineers with site surveys, testing, and commissioning activities
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in good working condition
• Document work completed and report issues to supervising engineer
4. Sales and Business Development Officer
Field/Details
Location : Olongapo City, Philippines (Headquarters) — with travel across Central Luzon

Reports to : Founder / General Manager
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
• Preference for candidates with experience selling IT solutions, telecom services, solar/energy products, or security systems
• Strong understanding of technology solutions and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Existing network of contacts in Subic Bay Freeport, Clark Freeport, or Central Luzon business communities is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
• Professional, presentable, and customer-oriented demeanor
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Central Luzon
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and develop new business across Subic Bay, Clark, Pampanga, Bataan, Tarlac, and surrounding areas
• Conduct free energy and network audits as a lead generation tool (with technical team support)
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project scopes to prospective clients
• Manage client relationships from initial contact through project delivery and ongoing O&M
• Develop and maintain relationships with freeport locators, industrial estate managers, and LGU officials
• Represent QNetworx at industry events, trade shows, and business chambers
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and report on pipeline activity
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proposals are technically sound and accurately scoped
5. Administrative and Customer Support Staff

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (associate degree acceptable with relevant experience)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration, customer service, or project coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, purchase orders, expense tracking) is an advantage
• Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, and project documentation
• Manage scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of field teams
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
• Maintain organized records of projects, contracts, and customer interactions
• Assist with procurement, supplier coordination, and inventory tracking
• Support the sales team with lead tracking, CRM updates, and follow-up communications
• Handle general office administration: filing, correspondence, and logistics coordination
• Provide post-installation customer follow-up and coordinate O&M schedules

• Filipino citizen or valid work authorization in the Philippines
• Willing to be based in or relocate to Olongapo City / Subic Bay area
• Willing to travel to project sites across Central Luzon (Subic, Clark, Pampanga, Bataan, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan) rest of NCR & Metro Manila
