✅ With experience in construction (for Panday & Welder)
✅ Physically fit and willing to work on-site
✅ Can follow instructions and safety rules
✅ Willing to work full-time and start immediately
✅ Labor/Helper: With or without experience, willing to learn

Job Responsibilities:
• Masonry works (hollow block laying, plastering, finishing)
• Welding and metal works (for Welder)
• Assist skilled workers and maintain cleanliness on site
