We are looking for motivated young people who want to learn real skills and build a long-term career in the construction and fabrication industry. No experience required — we will train you from zero.

You will be trained in:

1️⃣ TIG Welding (Stainless & Carbon Steel)
• Basic setup & safety
• Hand coordination and torch control
• Practice on real projects
• Fabrication of frames, brackets, container parts
• Quality standards used in Europe

2️⃣ PU Foam Application (Insulation Technology)
• Safe handling of PU systems
• Mixing & spraying procedures
• Proper PPE and preparation
• Insulation for walls, roofs, containers
• Understanding heat reduction and structural benefits

This position is ideal for someone who is polite, reliable, trustworthy, and willing to work in a professional environment.

• Assist in daily office operations and documentation
• Prepare trainee records, attendance sheets, and reports
• Handle customer inquiries (walk-in and online)
• Coordinate orders of welding machines and consumables
• Manage basic inventory for tools and materials
• Support administrative tasks (printing, scanning, filing)
• Maintain clean and organized office environment
• Communicate with management regarding schedules and updates
