What Youโll Do
As a Management Trainee, youโll take part in a structured development program where you will:
โข Focus on marketing and sales initiatives, including fieldwork activities, client visits, and market research
โข Assist in executing promotions, events, and campaigns to increase brand presence
โข Support the Marketing and Operations teams in growing our e-commerce platforms
โข Present reports, insights, and marketing ideas directly to management
Qualifications
โ Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
โ fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1โ2 years of experience are welcome
โ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in customer-facing roles
โ Willingness to engage in fieldwork and hands-on marketing tasks
โ Analytical mindset with a passion for sales and marketing
โ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
