Engr. Ervin Valdez is a proud graduate of Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU), where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering in 2018 as part of the pioneer batch of the program.

After graduating, he built a solid foundation in the industry by working with leading renewable energy companies in the Philippines, contributing to the development of wind and solar energy projects nationwide. These experiences strengthened his technical expertise and exposed him to large-scale, impact-driven infrastructure projects.

Today, he leads Earthfix Surveying and Mapping Firm, where he applies his expertise in land surveying, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) consultancy, and project management, delivering reliable and precise solutions for both public and private sector clients.

Beyond academics, his active involvement as a student leader in the PSAU Supreme Student Council and various college organizations played a vital role in shaping his leadership mindset and professional discipline. These experiences instilled in him the importance of accountability, resilience, and cultivating purposeful professional relationships built on trust and mutual respect, values that continue to guide his career and business journey.

His advice to Students:
