We are presently on the lookout for new land acquisition and joint venture opportunities for residential development projects across Luzon.
Preferred criteria are as follows:
• Zoning: Residential zoning only (to enable fast-track development activities)
• Minimum Area: 30,000 sqm (3 Hectares)
• Maximum Area: 500,000 sqm (50 Hectares)
• Preferred Locations: Bulacan, Pampanga, Pangasinan
• Other Locations: Will also consider suitable opportunities across Luzon, particularly those within close proximity to town centres, commercial areas, or major access roads.
Pricing Parameters:
• Please do not present properties seeking above PHP 1,500 per sqm.
Transaction Structure:
• We are open to both:
- Clean acquisition / direct purchase
- Joint venture arrangements (preferred)
