How do you transform a pharmaceutical storage room into a contemporary kitchen… or a doctor’s clinic into a living room for a home more than 400km north of Metro Manila?

IKonstrukt-BIM tapped the region’s manpower resources and made use of regionally available materials to minimize cost and transformed this formerly pharmaceutical storage into a contemporary kitchen with storage space for everything to minimize clutter. What used to be a doctor’s clinic is now a warm and inviting living and family room with built-in cabinets and organizers. Designs were presented to and approved by the client in 3D format and the end product delivered was accurate to the last detail.
