TST Construction Inc. General Construction Business Founded in 1991 by Teodoro S. Tong, Jr., T.S.T. Construction, Inc. Finally, in 1998 as amended by R.A. #3883, it became T.S.T.

(TST) specializes in commercial, industrial, and retail development projects. Staffed by an experienced team of management and construction professionals, TST is committed to building strong client relationships with a focus on top-level communication. Such commitment has earned TST the trust of commercial clients who count on TST to build within tight schedules and specifications. It was a natura

l evolution that brought the firm into the General Contracting business since 1991 where it started as T.S.T. Electrical Service Consultancy specializing in the implementation of electrical designs and plans for both in the industrial and commercial arena. In 1996, the company ventured into another field of specialization establishing a stronger foothold in the industrial market with its involvement in bigger projects specifically with Bicutan Container Corp., Ocean Canning, and Four Season Laundry. where its name was noted in the sub specialty of construction. It is at this time that it further stretched its clientele covering residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Likewise, TST has established relationships with subcontractors and material suppliers throughout the country as well. With the long-standing reputation for well managed, safe, high quality projects completed on time and within budget, subcontractors and suppliers aggressively pursue our business. This preferential treatment results in bottom line savings to our owners. TST has enjoyed outstanding relationships with many clients. The following clients, however, were instrumental in helping expand into new territories and new markets that have become specialties of the firm. TST Construction and its Associates ventured into Construction Management ideal for client who needs Technical knowledge and Managerial skills for their Commercial and Residential Projects.
