🤖 Robotics Club Activity Highlight | TechnoKids’ TechnoSmarthouse 🤖
The Robotics Club successfully conducted TechnoKids’ TechnoSmarthouse sessions last January 3 and 10, 2026 at the JHS Computer Laboratory, providing students with hands-on experience in smart home technologies and automation.
The training utilized two TechnoSmarthouse kits and followed the ten (10) modules of the TechnoKids Curriculum, each designed to introduce and demonstrate key features of an intelligent home system:
• Module 1: Learn About SmartHome
• Module 2: Intelligent Human Body Induction Lamp
• Module 3: Music Doorbell
• Module 4: Intelligent Temperature-Controlled Fan
• Module 5: Automatic Garage Door
• Module 6: Intelligent Access Control
• Module 7: Light-Controlled Automatic Window
• Module 8: Intelligent Rain-Controlled Window
• Module 9: Intelligent Smoke Alarm
• Module 10: Air Quality Detection System
Under the guidance of TK Ambassador Marvin S. Grafil (Grade 12 – Mars), club members learned how to program and operate the TechnoSmarthouse systems. Led by Marvin S. Grafil, the students successfully completed the TechnoKids' Case Study by programming the smarthouse to perform the required automated tasks based on real-life scenarios.
This activity enhanced students’ skills in coding, system automation, logical reasoning, and collaborative problem-solving, further strengthening their understanding of smart technologies and real-world applications.
Congratulations to the Robotics Club and our student leader for another successful and innovative learning experience!
