We’re sorry for
doing our job a little too well.

Sorry for delivering homes that look
better than the original design.
Sorry for answering calls, replying to messages,
and actually showing up on site when we said we would.

We apologize for being overly detailed—
checking levels, lines, finishes, and details
most people won’t notice…
until they do.

We’re also sorry for:
• Building dream homes, not just houses
• Explaining costs transparently
• Protecting clients from unnecessary expenses
• Fixing problems even when they weren’t technically our fault
• Treating every project as if our own family would live in it

We regret causing inconvenience such as:
• Clients recommending us to their friends
• Owners visiting the site more often—because they’re excited
• Families moving in earlier than expected
• Group chats going quiet because
“wala nang problema”

Lastly, we apologize for raising expectations
in an industry where that isn’t always the norm.

We’ll try to do worse next year—
