Permit inquiry in Antipolo city for the new project!

it’s been a while. Another fun fact.

A Building Permit is the official permit issued by the Office of the Building Official (OBO) authorizing a person or entity to undertake construction work in accordance with the National Building Code and other applicable laws

An Ancillary Permit is a technical permit covering a specific engineering or architectural discipline that supports the building permit application.

An Accessory Permit is issued for special structures, installations, or construction activities that accompany the main building project.

Project Turnover Complete located at Gatchalian, Paranaque City.

The architectural interiors is developed with careful consideration of the existing structure and design elements, ensuring that all proposed improvements seamlessly blend with the current architectural character. The design approach prioritizes continuity, functionality, and aesthetic harmony by enhancing the space through updated finishes, lighting, furniture layouts, and interior details while preserving the integrity of the original design concept.

The gate extension project has been successfully completed. The work included the installation of the gate extension,the construction of new railings, & Additional Concrete pavers for improving both the security and appearance of the property. All components were installed according to the project specifications, and the finished structure is stable & functional.

Ocular inspection located at Antel, Kawit Cavite.

Inspection conducted together with the property owner during the design stage. The purpose of the inspection was to assess the existing site conditions, verify measurements, identify physical constraints and opportunities, and gather relevant information that would influence the design development. Discussions with the owner provided insights into project requirements, preferences, and intended use of the facility. The observations and data collected during the inspection served as a basis for preparing a design that is functional, site-responsive, and aligned with the owner's objectives.
