 Developing, Controlling and forecasting the project’s budget. The goal of a cost controller is to minimize the deviation from the budget and ensure that the project is completed within the approved budget
 Support Project Manager on all needs
 Update project budget every month together with the project manager
 Include revenue, cost, exposure and others
 Coordinates with the main contractor regarding the monthly progress billing / report
 Monitoring of site activities
 Tracking actual cost related to bids / contract agreement of the project
 Review the scope of different as well as other factors influencing cost of the project from the bid documents
 Prepare monthly payment claims
 Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
 At least more than 5 years of work experience as Project cost controlling
