Developing, Controlling and forecasting the project’s budget. The goal of a cost controller is to minimize the deviation from the budget and ensure that the project is completed within the approved budget
Support Project Manager on all needs
Update project budget every month together with the project manager
Include revenue, cost, exposure and others
Coordinates with the main contractor regarding the monthly progress billing / report
Monitoring of site activities
Tracking actual cost related to bids / contract agreement of the project
Review the scope of different as well as other factors influencing cost of the project from the bid documents
Prepare monthly payment claims
Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
At least more than 5 years of work experience as Project cost controlling
