The real estate firm’s Sierra Valley Gardens project, a multi-tower development under the RLC Residences brand, took the top prize in the Residential High-Rise category. Meanwhile, The Victor, a 60-meter stainless-steel monument located within the Bridgetowne estate, was recognized in the Specialized/Purpose-Built category. The accolades, presented during a gala in Manila, are organized by the local chapter of the International Real Estate Federation, known as FIABCI.
