Qualifications:
• Degree in Interior Design or related field
• Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D, etc.)
• Strong sense of style, color, and space planning
• Good communication and client coordination skills
• Experience in residential/commercial projects is a plus

Responsibilities:
• Develop design concepts and layouts
• Prepare drawings and presentations
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors
• Ensure projects meet timelines and standards

WE’RE HIRING: ADMIN ASSOCIATE

📍 Location: Makati
🕘 Work Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to project managers and site engineers
• Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence
• Monitor and organize project files, permits, and contracts
• Assist with payroll, attendance, and basic accounting tasks
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams

Qualifications:
• Graduate of any business-related course (or equivalent experience)
• At least 1 year admin experience (construction industry is an advantage)
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Good communication and coordination skills
