One of our field teams wrapped up another productive day on site. 💪

Surveying isn't always easy. It means early mornings, long walks, unpredictable weather, muddy boots, and paying attention to the smallest details when nobody is watching. But that's exactly what our crews continue to do on every project.

Every control point we establish, every coordinate we collect, and every deliverable we submit starts with the hard work of the people on the ground. 📍🛰️📐

I'm grateful to have teams that take pride in their work and understand the responsibility that comes with every survey we undertake. Their dedication and professionalism are a big part of what allows Sebastian Surveying to consistently deliver reliable results to our clients.

Throwback to the past! 📜🌍 This map shows the historic land coverage of Rizal Province, and it answers a common question from some of our clients: Why do certain details on their land titles, like tie points and other information, refer to Rizal Province, even though their property is now in Metro Manila?

Well, here's the interesting part! ✨ Back in the day, portions of what is now Metro Manila were actually part of Rizal Province. So, those references on your title? They’re a nod to history, reflecting a time when Rizal’s borders extended much further than they do today.
