A Technical Sales Assistant supports the sales team by providing technical knowledge and administrative assistance. Their responsibilities often include expanding the network of the company or source clients, build company-client relationships, preparing sales documents and quotes, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating between the operations and sales departments to ensure customer needs are met accurately and efficiently.

1. We need someone who will help generate more sales. What does that mean? It means we need an agent who can broker a relationship between us and potential clients.
2. We need someone who is knowledgeable in technicalities, or atleast someone who picks up information very easily. *Madaling matuto.*
3. We need someone who is very flexible, reliable and works with integrity. (That goes without saying.)

โข DO WE NEED A DIPLOMA? Not necessarily. We value wisdom gained from experience as well. A diploma is not a must, but experience is.
โข WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE DO WE REQUIRE? Experience working in the field of Engineering and Construction. Experience on Sales in a Technical setting.
SKILL REQUIREMENT:
โข Interpersonal Skills - We need this because the job will require you to establish a company-client relationship. We need a "people person" who can build rapport with anyone, especially clients and colleagues.
โข Proficiency in the English Language
โข Basic Computer Skills - Not tech savvy, just able to operate a computer, navigate the internet and other basic computer apps such as Microsoft Word etc.
โข CAN NAVIGATE THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA AND OTHER APPS - Sales through social media marketing has made every company's life easier. We need that as well. But sometimes, we like to keep it old school like handing out flyers and meeting clients face to face.
