On June 9, 2026, IEMOP and PCC formalized their partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement at the IEMOP Office in Pasig City.

Led by Lt. Gen. Ralph Villanueva (Ret.), Chairman of the IEMOP Board, Engr. Robinson P. Descanzo, IEMOP President and CEO, and Dr. Kenneth V.
