1️⃣ 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗧. (𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱)
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare & reconcile financial statements, cash flows, and budget vs. actual reports
• Ensure tax & regulatory compliance (BIR) and maintain accurate financial records
• Provide administrative & financial support to the team

Qualifications:
• Graduate of Accounting/Finance or related course
• At least 1 year experience in accounting/finance
• Proficient in Excel & accounting software; detail-oriented & analytical

2️⃣ 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗥. (𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱)
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in project planning, coordination & monitoring of timelines
• Prepare technical drawings, quantity take-offs & reports (AutoCAD, Planswift, SketchUp)
• Ensure quality, safety (COSH), and site compliance

Qualifications:
• BS Civil Engineering graduate with COSH
• 6 months–1 year experience (Fresh grads welcome!)
• Knows how to drive motorcycle with valid license; can start ASAP

3️⃣ 𝗤𝗔/𝗤𝗖 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘𝗧𝗬 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗥 (𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱, 𝗢𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲)
• Conduct toolbox meetings, site inspections & progress documentation
• Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety standards
• Monitor and implement QA/QC procedures

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural
• With valid COSH and First-Aider
• 6 months–1 year construction experience is a plus (Fresh grads welcome!)
• Can start ASAP

Around 1.2 million minimum wage earners in Metro Manila are set to receive a ₱50 daily pay hike starting 18 July 2025, bringing the new minimum wage rates to ₱695 for the non-agriculture sector and ₱658 for workers in agriculture, retail and service establishments with 15 or fewer employees, and manufacturing firms with less than 10 regular workers. This follows the issuance of Wage Order No. NCR-26, the highest increase ever approved by the NCR Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board.
