Role Description

This is a full-time, Project Architect based in Metro Manila. The Project Architect will work on a variety of projects under the guidance of senior architects to create project designs and plans, develop project cost estimates, prepare construction documents, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients. The Junior Architect will be responsible for adhering to project schedules and deadlines, conducting site visits, and addressing construction-related issues.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Architecture

•Licensed Architect with 2-3 years experience

•Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office

•Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team, take initiatives, and communicate effectively in both verbal and written form

•Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills

•Experience in preparing construction documents such as plans, elevations, sections, and details, and reviewing shop drawings and samples

•Knowledge of construction techniques and materials and building codes and regulations

•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
