A. Project Manager Qualifications:
1. BS Mechanical Engineer
= 8-10yrs experience in Mechanical Works with PRC Licensed
= Minimum 5yrs experience in Pipe laying
2. BS Civil Engineer
= 8-10yrs experience in Civil Structural Works with PRC Licensed
Project Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
· Overseeing the projects from inception to completion
· Key Responsibilities

Monitoring and Controlling
Closing
· Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
· Define tasks and required resources
· Collect and manage project team
· Manage budget
· Allocate project resources
· Create a schedule and project timeline
· Track deliverables
· Support and direct team
· Lead quality assurance
· Monitor and report on project progress
· Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
· Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
· Evaluate and assess the result of the project
Qualifications and Requirements
· Graduate of BS Engineering Course
· Licensed Engineer is preferred
· At least ten years of experience in managing projects.
· Knowledge on any planning, scheduling and project management is preferred.
· Knowledge on Primavera Software is a plus
· Ability to work on projects involving multiple disciplines.
· Supervisory and management skills are excellent.
· Excellent organizational skills, time management, leadership ability, as well as decision-making abilities.
· Communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Understanding of applicable codes, standards, policies, and best practices.
B. Project Supervisor
BS Civil Engineer/BS Mechanical Engineer
= 5yrs experience in Mechanical works with PRC Licensed
= 5yrs experience in Civil/Structural works with PRC Licensed
C. Project Engineer
= 2-3yrs experience in the profession with PRC Licensed
Project Supervisor and Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Plan, install, commission, and finalize all phases of the project, including engineering design, planning, quality, and manufacturing.
· Develop a plan for the project’s requirements, resources, and subcontracting.
· Identify and correct potential risks in the project.
· Deliver deliverables on time, clarifying the customer’s needs where needed.
· Decide whether to create a departmental action subcontractor order for the customer specifications.
· Provide an accurate cost estimate for any changes in specifications.
· An effective analysis of internal and external changes includes a feasibility study.
· Change requests must be explained in an understandable, clear, and focused manner.
· Take part in customer meetings and track customer changes as needed.
· Analyze tasks concerning the project schedule.
· Contribute to the verification and signing off of designs.
· Provide technical support to customers or colleagues as needed.
· Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
· Providing support and facilitating process improvements.
· Present project progress at client meetings and in reports.
· To determine future trends and best practices, conduct benchmarking studies.
· Organize projects and subtasks so they can be tracked and presented.
· Participate in a variety of meetings and follow up/communicate instructions.
Qualifications and Requirements

C. Accounting Associate
Responsibilities
Managing client’s accounts.
Preparing accounts payable and receivable invoices.
Preparing financial statements and reports.
Performing the basic accounting functions.
Assisting with the preparation of tax returns.
Performing reconciliations of all the reports
Supervising and tracking incomes and expenses.
Maintaining ledger accounts.
Performing data entry
Working in collaboration with Accountants and Auditors.
Performing clerical duties as and when required.
Assisting in payroll and compliance audits.
Suggesting improvements in the budget.
Adhering to all the accounting rules and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience working as an Accounting Associate or a similar position in the Accounting department.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Outstanding cash handling skills.
Ability to solve complex problems.
Phenomenal time management skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent decision-making abilities.
A close observation of accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Tools.
Outstanding ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
