1. SUBMISSION OF INTENT
- Submit Letter of Intent to The Technical Services Department (TSD), ILECO II HQ Site, Cau-ayan.
- Get a Certificate of Good Standing from Billing Office, ILECO II HQ Site, Cau-ayan.

2. SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS TO TSD
- Electrical Permit
- Electrical Plan with Proposed Renewable Energy (RE) Facility
(signed and sealed by P*E, with OBO approval)
- Location Sketch
- Photocopy of two valid IDs of the applicant
- Technical Specifications of Equipment for RE system
- Certificate of Compliance of RE system equipment to international Electrotechnical commission (IEC) of the equipment
- Proof of similar installation by the installer
- Net Metering Application form (provided by the installer)
- Architectural Plan of solar panel and inverter

3. SITE INSPECTION OF RE FACILITY BY ILECO II TEAM
- proceed to next step only if approved

4. SUBMISSION OF CERTIFICATE OF FINAL ELECTRICAL INSPECTION FROM LGU

5. SIGNING OF NET METERING AGREEMENT (NMA)

6. FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE (COC) TO ERC
- Payment to ERC by bank transfer or manager's check

7. PAYMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF ILECO II NET METERING FACILITIES
- After receiving the official receipt from ERC
- Installation to commence within thirty (30) days from payment

8. ENERGIZATION OF RE FACILITY

For your information and guidance.

*An Essential Service Provider such as Electric Distribution Utility Must Remain Owned by the People and Not by Private for Profit Corporation.
