Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) Plant

This newly built concrete pipe manufacturing plant is the first plant in the Philippines that can produce 2-meter length RC Pipes. The pipe is being produced mostly by machines at different stages from wire cage fabrication, casting, de-molding, overturning, and curing. The Plant is equipped with two units overhead cranes to lift the casted pipe by reducing stress and vibration promoting the overall handling efficiency and quality. The RCP Plant is capable of producing 100 linear meters of pipe per 8-hour shift. It is able to fabricate pipe from 610 mm to 1520mm diameter following AASHTO, DPWH and modified / project specific standards.
