Started with the client's inquiry, followed by initial planning, preparation of comprehensive plans, cost estimates, and construction scheduling, submission of permits and paperwork, the diligent construction efforts, and now the project is nearly ready for handover. The Next project is a commercial and residential Building located at Daet, Camarines Norte, has just started, ground floor commercial unit completion is target to finish in three months time.

98% completed and almost ready for turnover schedule on 25th June. The project started last Jan 10th, 2024, with a total project duration of 167 calendar days. Team LBS exerted tremendous effort to make this possible.
