About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Production Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations on the production floor, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise and lead production staff to achieve daily production goals
*Monitor and maintain compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards
*Plan and organize workflow to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
*Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to company policies
*Train and mentor team members to improve skills and performance

Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred)
*At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing or production
*Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
*Knowledge of lean manufacturing and safety protocols is an advantage
