Proposed 3-Storey Residence | Amadeo, Cavite
A client approached us with a 400 sqm lot in Amadeo, Cavite, just around 10 minutes from Tagaytay, and asked us to develop a modern family home that fits the area and their lifestyle.
For the concept, we went with a modern tropical design—clean lines, warm materials, generous natural light, open living spaces, and interiors that feel comfortable rather than overly formal.
Sharing a few initial perspectives of the exterior, open living-dining-kitchen area, and main bedroom.
Still at the design stage, but this gives our client a clearer picture of how the whole home can come together before construction begins.
