1. The positive and negative poles of the battery bank are connected reversely to inverter
2. Battery bank voltage higher than related voltage of the inverter. Like 24v or 48v battery bank connect to 12v inverter.
3. Inverter connect with AC
4. Water, Insects. Dusts..etc micro object into inverter or lightning attack，fire, crash..etc external force.
Above situations cause damage NOT covered by warranty.

Broken Solar Panel
1. ship solar panel by cargo forwarder or bus are easy cause the solar panel broken. almost installer experienced that . This is high probability incident.

2. Almost cargo forwarder and bus will let you sign waiver to wave their responsibility to break solar panel. if you not agree. they will not accept your solar panel. this is reality. All buyer must double think , after think still wanna proceed,then when solar panel been broken, do not blame the seller

3. our company make sure the solar panel is in good condition before turning over to cargo forwarder with pictures as proof. For the first time buyer , we still have to send our own waiver because even this is not our mistake to break the panels some clients still will criticize us.

4， we felt sorry for buyer's broken solar panel because it is expensive，but it is not seller break it . so we highly recommend is buyer to buy solar panel in your local store or must Cash on Delivery even with higher price. it is hard to get the best of both worlds.
