✨𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:
• Lead architectural design and planning
• Develop conceptual, permit & construction drawings
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants
• Handle permits, compliance, and documentation
• Present design concepts and solutions

✅𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Licensed Architect (Required)
• Preferably female
• Strong experience in architectural design & project planning
• Strong portfolio in 3D rendering (interior & exterior)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and other tools
• Able to produce complete architectural plans

🧠𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐝𝐠𝐞:
• Knowledge in architectural styles & space planning
• Understanding of building codes & site development
• Background in Urban/Environmental Planning is a plus

As our Project Planning & Cost Engineer, you will:
1️⃣ Conduct site inspections and interpret architectural & structural drawings
2️⃣ Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for all projects
3️⃣ Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bid proposals
4️⃣ Prepare project schedules, manpower loading, and cash flow forecasts
5️⃣ Establish cost and time baselines for awarded projects
6️⃣ Monitor progress, cost performance, and assist in project control reporting
7️⃣ Maintain and update cost databases and planning templates

Your work will be the foundation of every successful project — from tender stage to handover.

🎯 𝑾𝑯𝑨𝑻 𝑾𝑬’𝑹𝑬 𝑳𝑶𝑶𝑲𝑰𝑁𝑮 𝑭𝑶𝑹:
✅ Licensed Civil Engineer / Architect (preferred) or equivalent technical background
✅ 5–10 years’ experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation
✅ Proficient in MS Project / Primavera P6 and MS Excel
✅ Strong knowledge in quantity surveying, productivity analysis, and cost control
✅ Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
✅ Passionate about planning, with initiative and analytical mindset
