ZL Feliciano Construction was born from the heart of a Thomasian Engineer who wanted to use his knowledge and skills in Civil Engineering to further better the living conditions of his community while providing a just and honest livelihood to workers around the community. His professional employment started on 2018, as a Junior Associate with an Architectural Firm to a Formworks Engineer with a St

ructural Works Contractor and was promoted to Project Manager. His career path led him to develop and broaden his skills and knowledge in Structural Design, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Safety Engineering, and Administrative Works. Some of the construction projects entrusted to him are: a 27-Storey Building, 37-Storey Building with Three Basements and a Mezzanine Floor in Makati, a 45-Storey Condominium in Malate, and others. Equipped with the broad experience he had with Building Construction, he decided to uphold his ideals and vision to a group of individuals who shared his same vision.
