Job description
VACANT POSITION: Project Engineer
Location: #65 Xavierville Loyola Heights Quezon City(Along Katipunan)
Project Engineer directs, manages and leads workers in accordance with Project Construction plan base on Contract, Plans and Specifications. Coordinates with Customer’s Representative the scope of works to attain Clients desire. Perform Project Quality Inspection and Oversee Project Construction Safety and Health Program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
· Not more than 35.
· With PRC License
· Preferably with driver’s license
· At least two (2) years experience in Construction Management.
· Proficient in using Architecture Software (Auto-CAD Sketchup etc.)
· Familiar with Building Materials and Estimation of Cost.
· Able to work under pressure.
· Ability to work on tight deadlines.
· Exceptional verbal written and presentation skills with clients.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Helps in Preparation and Review of Project Construction Plan.
· Estimates billing of materials and quantity based on the approved payment schedules.
· Prepares schedule of Project Construction and Monitors the flow of Operations.
· In charge of the implementation of the assigned permanent scope of works of the Project Construction Plan according to the contract documents especially contract, plans and specifications.
· Responsible for the controls associated to the identified risks of the assigned scope of works of the project.
· Direct and manage the assigned sub-contractor’s works safety, quality and schedule.
· Coordinate with the Customer’s representative on matters related to the Scope of works for the project.
· Prepare and submit project accomplishment reports weekly to the Project Manager.
· Recommend addition or reduction of manpower.
· Coordinates with the Project Operation Manager the concerns arose daily that might affect the schedule of Project.
· Follow-up progress of construction with Foreman/Leadman
· Perform other tasks as Directed.
