Para malaman natin kung totoo, i-kumpara ang itsura. Ang mga tunay na meteorite ay may tinatawag na fusion crust—'yung parang sunog o uling ang balat. Isa pa, sobrang bigat nila kumpara sa ordinaryong bato kasi puno sila ng bakal o iron."

English:
Only seven meteorites have been officially found in the Philippines, so most "weird" rocks people find are likely just local stones.
​To tell the difference, look at how it looks. Real meteorites usually have a fusion crust (a dark, burnt-looking surface) and feel much heavier than normal rocks because they are packed with iron.
