A major milestone has been reached at Avesta Residences as Tower 1—the first of five residential towers—has been officially topped off, marking progress in delivering quality, affordable homes for more Filipino families.

Through the government's Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, PH1 World Developers, together with Megawide Construction, is helping bring this vision to life in Imus, Cavite.

Megawide continues to support government initiatives in identifying strategic sites for future 4PH developments, strengthening its aspirations of delivering 100,000 homes under the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development through Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF)'s Expanded 4PH Program.
