With deep sorrow and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Silverio “Billy” Bonifacio Tugano — a man of faith, strength, and unwavering love, who lived a life well-lived and faithfully served his family and God.

His wake will be held at Loyola Memorial Chapels, Commonwealth Avenue, Old Balara, Quezon City, from May 25, 2026, 3:00 PM until May 31, 2026.

On May 31, 2026, at 9:00 AM, his funeral procession will depart from the chapel to Himlayang Pilipino Memorial Park, where he will rest in eternal peace.

You have left us with a legacy of kindness, courage, and devotion. Though you are no longer with us, your love remains our greatest treasure, and your memory will live on in every heart you touched. You will always be loved, forever missed, and never forgotten.

The company demands immediate removal of all materials showing Silver Star’s name or assets in connection with Nogatu Alliance and warns of legal action for any damages resulting from misrepresentation.

The public is urged to verify information through Silver Star’s official channels and to report false claims promptly.

Job Description:
* Formulate new products based in client's requirements.

* Assist in conceptualizing new products, process improvements and cost-effective measures including packaging materials for the
new and existing products.

* Evaluate packaging materials including the printed label and artwork conforming to regulatory and costumer requirements.

* Evaluate and recommend new materials that can be used as a replacement and/or alternative to existing ones.

* Conduct sensory evaluation of the formulated products to determine acceptability.

* Establish guidelines for the safekeeping of retention samples for easier traceability.

Required knowledge and skills
* Detail-oriented and has basic knowledge in Microsoft office applications.
*Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work with ability to multi task.
* Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writting.
* Ability to work under pressure and work efficiently with limited supervision.

Experience and field of Study
* Graduate of Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technolgy,
