😟 Hindi Lumalamig ang Ref? Isang Kwento ng Mabilis at Maasahang Serbisyo! ❄️

Isang araw, nalungkot si Aling Maria nang mapansin niyang hindi na lumalamig ang kanilang refrigerator. Nag-aalala siya dahil baka masira ang mga pagkain na nakatago rito.

Habang nagba-browse sa Facebook, nakita niya ang advertisement ng JM Munar's Ref & AC Services. Agad siyang nagpadala ng mensahe at hindi nagtagal ay mabilis namang nag-reply ang aming Admin.

Matapos makuha ang kanyang detalye, agad na na-dispatch ang aming Technician. Pagdating sa kanilang bahay, masusing sinuri ang refrigerator at agad na natukoy ang problema. Sa tulong ng kanyang kasanayan at karanasan, naayos ang unit at bumalik ang malamig na takbo nito.

Labis ang tuwa ni Aling Maria nang makita niyang maayos na ulit ang kanyang refrigerator. Hindi na siya mag-aalala na masira ang kanilang pagkain!

Habang papaalis ang aming Technician, kumaway siya at nakangiting nagsabi:
"Mission Accomplished!" 😎👍

"Hindi po lumalamig ang freezers na gamit sa operations." Iyan ang report ng kliyente nang tumawag sila para humingi ng tulong.
Pagdating ko sa site, agad akong napahinto at napatingin sa paligid. Napakaraming freezers ang nakahanay at ginagamit para sa kanilang operasyon. Napangiti na lang ako at nasabi sa sarili ko:

"Anlaking problema nga nito para sa negosyo nila. Pero para sa aming mga technician, isa rin itong napakagandang blessing at oportunidad para makatulong."

Alam kong bawat oras na hindi maayos ang mga freezer ay maaaring magdulot ng pagkalugi sa kanilang negosyo. Kaya agad naming sinimulan ang masusing pagsusuri sa bawat unit—sinuri ang temperatura, electrical components, refrigerant system, at iba pang posibleng sanhi ng problema.

Sa bawat trabahong aming ginagawa, hindi lang simpleng pagkukumpuni ang aming layunin. Ang mahalaga ay maibalik ang maayos na operasyon ng aming mga kliyente at mabigyan sila ng kapanatagan na nasa maayos na kondisyon ang kanilang mga kagamitan.

Dahil sa bawat problemang aming naaayos, may negosyong muling nakakatakbo nang maayos, may pamilyang natutulungan, at may panibagong pagkakataon para maipakita ang halaga ng aming serbisyo.

Client: ❄️ "INILIPAT LANG NAMIN ANG AC SA IBANG BAHAGI NG BAHAY, BAKIT HINDI PA RIN LUMALAMIG NANG MAAYOS KAHIT NAKA-16°C NA?"

Hindi lahat ng problema sa lamig ng aircon ay dahil sa sira o kulang na refrigerant. Posibleng ang bagong kinalalagyan ng AC ay mas malaki ang sukat ng kwarto kumpara sa dati kaya hindi sapat ang HP at BTU capacity nito para mapalamig nang maayos ang buong area.

Tandaan: Ang tamang laki ng AC ay dapat naaayon sa sukat ng silid. Kahit naka-set sa 16°C, kung undersized ang unit para sa laki ng kwarto, mahihirapan itong maabot at mapanatili ang nais na lamig.

Bago magpalipat o magpakabit ng aircon sa ibang lugar, siguraduhing tama ang HP at BTU para sa sukat ng espasyo upang maiwasan ang mataas na konsumo sa kuryente at hindi sapat na pagpapalamig.
