TRAINING & OD OFFICER
Job Summary:
The HR Officer is responsible for implementing training, development, performance, and engagement initiatives for both head office and project site employees. The role ensures that personnel are skilled, motivated, and aligned with company standards, client requirements, and safety regulations, helping drive a high-performance culture in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities include:
Training & Development: Identifying training needs, conducting programs, ensuring compliance, and evaluating effectiveness.
Organizational Development: Supporting workforce planning, competency frameworks, and culture-building initiatives.
Performance Management: Facilitating appraisals, monitoring KPIs, and linking performance to development and rewards.
Employee Engagement: Managing programs to boost morale, teamwork, and communication.
Reporting & Documentation: Consistent submission of reports related to training, performance, and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 3 years of HR experience. Relevant certifications is an advantage but not required (e.g., safety, L&D, ISO).
