We are hiring: HR and ADMIN ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares project related documentations (such as permits, certifications, turn over documents)
- Daily timekeeping (DTR) of workers on site
- Process weekly payroll for site workers
- Assist in other HR functions such as sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, labor relation tasks,
- Office management (maintain supplies, etc.)
- Coordination of management’s calendar and schedule of meetings
- Coordination with clients regarding documents needed at the start and turn-over of projects
- Prepares cash flow spreadsheet for on-going projects
- Prepares payments to sub-contractors and suppliers
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of BS Business Administration, BS Psychology or any Human Resource related course
- Ability to maintain client relationships
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task and has strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fresh graduate or preferably with at least 6 months experience
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Must be willing to work in Quezon City (Monday to Saturday)
