HFPL Series High Flow Filter Cartridge (LY-HFPL)

General Description
LY-FPFL filter cartridge is developed by Lvyuan Water Purification. It features a 6 inch / 152 mm large diameter and is coreless, single open-ended with an inside-to-outside flow pattern. The large diameter and big filter area help reduce the number of filter cartridges and the dimension of housing required. It is known for its long service life and high flow rate, resulting in low investment and less manpower in many applications. The LY-FPFL product is widely used in various water treatment applications.

General Description
The big jumbo pleated filter cartridge is constructed of deep polypropylene membrane, melt blown polypropylene, hydrophilic PES & PTFE. The PP non-woven support materials. This filter cartridge’s design increased the effective filtration area—not only can it reduce the filter cartridge quantity, but it can also allow for a smaller housing size. Big flow rate and long service life, lower cost and human cost.
The size is divided into two kinds: 83mm diameter & 131mm diameter. Adapters are thermally welded with media without using any glue—no pollution and no droppings. Clean & stable, each filter cartridge has passed strict testing by 100% integrity.

General Description
The N6 pleated filter cartridge is constructed of Nylon 6 media and nonwoven support materials. Adapters are thermally welded with media without using any glue, no any pollution and droppings. Clean & stable, each filter cartridge has passed strict testing by 100% integrity.

Features

-Nylon membrane no required pre wetting due to its hydrophilic.

-The pore diameter is evenly distributed, good filtration effect.

-Good chemical compatibility. Compatible with most of sanitary reagents, including up to 50% H₂O₂ and up to 1.6% bleach (800PPmNaClO).

General Description

PES pleated filter cartridge is constructed of imported polyethersulfone membrane media and non-woven support materials. Cage core and end caps are made of polypropylene. Adapters are thermally welded with media without using any glue, thus avoiding pollution.

PES filter cartridge is suitable for critical prefiltration in sterilizing applications and final filtration in demanding non-sterile applications. The hydrophilic membrane does not contain surfactant or wetting agents, resulting in good filtration and flow rates.

Due to its wide range of pH values and lower adsorption to protein compared to nylon membranes, it is preferred for final filtration in pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.
