Position Overview
Lopez Industries is seeking a highly skilled and creative Licensed Architect to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong design expertise, technical proficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional architectural solutions from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of architectural projects from initial concept through construction.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure design integrity and project success.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation in compliance with building codes and regulations.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and coordinate with contractors during construction phases.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Integrate sustainable and innovative design practices into all projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Valid architectural license.
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
