🔧 QUALIFICATIONS:

✔️Experience in solar installation or electrical works (1–3 years)
✔️Skilled in:
Solar panel installation
Basic AC/DC wiring
Proper use of electrical tools
Can read and follow basic layout / SLD
✔️Physically fit for field and rooftop work
✔️Punctual, disciplined, and responsible

⚡ WORK REQUIREMENTS:

✔️Willing to render overtime when needed
✔️Willing for stay-in / out-of-town projects
👉 This is field-based work with real project timelines.

⚡ ADVANTAGE:
✔️Experience in hybrid / battery systems
✔️Experience in net-metering projects
✔️Basic troubleshooting skills
✔️With driver’s license

🚨 HIRING: PROJECT ENGINEER (SOLAR)

As our solar projects continue to grow, Solar Grace Engineering Services is expanding its team.

We are looking for a Project Engineer who can deliver results—not just theory.

Qualifications:

✔ Graduate of Electrical Engineering or related field
✔ Knowledgeable in solar system design (Grid-tie, Hybrid, Off-grid)
✔ Can prepare SLD, Electrical Plans, and AutoCAD layouts
✔ Familiar with net-metering process
✔ Experience in inverter configuration (LuxPower / Sunways is a plus)
✔ Knowledge in battery / energy storage systems
✔ Preferably with 1–3 years experience in solar or construction
✔ Can handle projects from design, site ex*****on, up to documentation/turnover
✔ REE is an advantage
✔ With driver’s license is an advantage
✔ Able to work with minimal supervision and deliver outputs on time

✔ Detail-oriented and organized
✔ Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
✔ Good communication skills (client & team coordination)
