Ø Creation of Company Profit and Loss
Ø In charge of realty taxes and annual payments
Ø In charge of bank reconciliation
Ø Prepares Company Financial Statement
Ø Ensures Taxes and Mandatories are correct (SSS, Philhealth and PagIbig etc.)
Ø Approves auditing of petty cash
Ø Oversees contract assessment as well (works with other departments)
Ø Assist in determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation strategies.
Ø Assist in establishing financial operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
Ø Submission of daily, bi weekly and monthly reports re: cash position and suggestions/ recommendations
Ø To complete updating of Finance Standard Operating Module
Ø To update our financial monitoring on a daily basis and send reporting to JKL, also to submit monthly reports and present cash position, profits & loss and suggestions/ recommendations (to be scheduled by you)
Ø To coach and train current finance team to fit into their roles and work more efficiently
Ø Manage (& meet all deadline requirements) all mandatories and keep salary of all employees private
Ø Personally review and approve all form filings with SEC and project contracts
Ø To be updated, follow, reconcile up all pending receivables from existing and past clients
Ø Check progress billing and check vouchers and work with projects department to ensure we are on time with billing and billing is accurate
Ø In charge of realty taxes and annual payments

Ø Counter checks auditing of petty cash
Ø Must oversee contract assessment as well (works with other departments)
