📢 WE ARE HIRING SITE AND OFFICE ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS!

We are looking for Architects and Engineers to join our growing construction team.

🧾 Job Responsibilities

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and bill of quantities (BOQ) for structural, architectural, and MEP works

Conduct cost estimates, cost planning, and cost control from pre-construction to project completion

Review plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate measurements and costing

Monitor project budgets, track variations, and prepare progress billings

Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations and assist in bid analysis

Coordinate with Design, Engineering, and Operations Teams for cost-related concerns

Assist in value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality

Prepare cost reports, summaries, and documentation for management review

🎓 Qualifications

Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related course

With experience or strong knowledge in Quantity Surveying (fresh graduates are welcome)

Proficient in Excel (formulas, cost sheets), AutoCAD, and basic plan reading

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Philippine codes is an advantage

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced construction environment
