Majestic Builders Corporation is a leading construction company specializing in Residential Houses. With a dynamic and growing team, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Architect to join us and contribute to our exciting projects.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with a strong background in commercial and residential architecture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients and teams, and delivering exceptional design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design projects from initial concept through final construction.
- Oversee and manage the work of junior architects, designers, and other team members.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and budgets, and translate these into innovative architectural solutions.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Participate in client presentations and meetings to review design concepts and progress.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 4 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in Resort, highrise building is a plus.
- Licensed architect
