PART 2 | Living Area Transformation

The living area is finally coming together.

What was once an unfinished space with little direction is now beginning to reflect the vision we developed after taking over the project. Every material, built-in cabinet, lighting detail, and finish was carefully selected to create a warm, modern, and timeless interior.

One of the most fulfilling parts of this project is seeing how strategic design decisions can completely change the character of a space without resorting to unnecessary demolition or excessive modifications.

There’s still work to be done, but seeing the concept become reality reminds us why thoughtful planning always makes a difference.

The best transformations aren’t always the ones built from the ground up. Sometimes, they’re the ones that successfully turn an abandoned project into a home the client can finally be proud of.

Every project has a story. This one started with a challenge.

Our client had already begun construction, but unfortunately, the project was left unfinished, and the original plans were not properly followed. Instead of recommending costly demolition and reconstruction, we focused on finding the most practical and economical solution.

By carefully studying the existing conditions, we redesigned the interior layout and finishes to maximize the current structure, minimizing unnecessary modifications while achieving a cohesive, modern, and functional space.

The result is a warm and inviting bar and lounge that proves great design isn’t always about starting from scratch, it’s about making the best of what’s already there.

This project is a testament to how thoughtful planning and creative problem-solving can transform setbacks into beautiful spaces.
