Amkor is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee cost control and reduction for our Arizona construction project. This high-impact role will collaborate closely with internal teams—facilities, finance and procurement—as well as external construction managers and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and manage detailed cost estimates from concept to closeout
✅ Monitor budgets and validate contractor proposals
✅ Implement cost risk mitigation strategies
✅ Lead value engineering, benchmarking and change order management
What we’re looking for:
▶️ Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, finance or related field (MBA a plus)
▶️ 15+ years of experience managing costs on large-scale construction projects
