This is to inform you that we had scheduled Power Interruption, details are as follows.

Time: 6:00am to 10:00am

Purposes:

1. Conduct transfer of load of Candon Sub-Station feeder 4 to Sta Cruz Sub-Station Feeder 2.

2. Clearing of Lines

Area Affected:
1. Sta. Cruz ( Sidaoen, Turod, Bacsayan, Pilar, Pinipin, Suyo, Poblacion Weste,Pob. Este,Pob. Sur, Pob. Norte, Saoat, Quinsoriano, Villa Hermosa, Gabor Norte, Calaoaan, Lantag, Bugbuga, San Jose, Camanggaan, Besalan)

2. Sta. Lucia (Suagayan, Lubong, Sabuanan, Vical, Catayagan, Luba, Paratong, Nangalisan, Bao-as, Nagrebcan, Quinabalayangan, Damacuag, San Juan, Burgos, Ayusan, Angkileng, Barangobong-some parts.)

THERE IS A DECREASE IN ELECTRICITY RATE THIS MAY 2026!

Good news to all our Member-Consumer-Owners! Electricity rates for the May 2026 billing month have decreased.

🔴 Residential – Php 10.5350/kWh
⬇️ Decrease of Php 1.1267/kWh

🟠 Low Voltage – Php 9.7680/kWh
⬇️ Decrease of Php 1.1438/kWh

🔵 High Voltage – Php 7.6467/kWh
⬇️ Decrease of Php 0.9843/kWh

The overall decrease in electricity rates this month is due to:
✅ Lower generation cost
✅ Lower transmission wheeling and ancillary service rates
✅ Suspension of GEA-ALL collection amounting to Php 0.0137/kWh from May to June 2026

Affected Areas: Some parts of Brgy. San Antonio, Candon City, particularly within the vicinity of St. Martin de Porres Hospital

Purpose: Replacement and uprating of the distribution transformer due to oil leakage affecting the hospital area.

Please be informed that the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) has successfully restored power, and electricity service in the earlier affected areas has now returned to normal.

📍 Restored areas include:
San Esteban, Santiago, Candon City, Banayoyo, Sta. Lucia, Galimuyod, Tagudin, Salcedo, Sta. Cruz, Suyo, Sigay, Skyline Quirino, San Emilio, Gregorio del Pilar, Alilem, Dinwede West Cervantes, Lidlida, and parts of Sugpon, Ilocos Sur.

⚠️ Demand Control Type: Manual Load Drop (MLD)

📍 Areas affected include:
San Esteban, Santiago, Candon City, Banayoyo, Sta. Lucia, Galimuyod, Tagudin, Salcedo, Sta. Cruz, Suyo, Sigay, Skyline Quirino, San Emilio, Gregorio del Pilar, Alilem, Dinwede West Cervantes, Lidlida, and parts of Sugpon, Ilocos Sur.

This is in line with NGCP’s demand reduction measures to help maintain the stability of the Luzon power grid.

⚠️ Demand Control Type: Manual Load Drop (MLD)

📍 ISECO areas that may be affected include:
