Common practice sa provinces dito sa Pilipinas ang pagkuha ng Draftsman para mag produce ng plans for Building Permit.

May option ang project owners to get it checked through Design Consultation prior securing professionals' sign and seal as part of the QA/QC (Quality Control/Quality Assurance) ng design/plans.

Plans get reviewed, annotated and provided with professional recommendations then revised accordingly by the draftsman.

Mas masisigurado na complete ang details, technical requirements and code compliant ang drawings.

Still, for better professional services, get an Architect.
