Position: Office Staff

Qualifications:

1. Female
2. Computer literate - Gmail, Microsoft Word, Excel
3. Pleasing personality - deal with customer inquiries
4. Organized
5. Good oral and written communication skills
6. Secretarial experience is a plus, but not required
7. Willing to work in Bag-ong Dawis, Baroy, Lanao del Norte

Responsibilities:

1. Paperworks - such as but not limited to making purchase orders, weekly expenses, letters, minimal quotations, payroll, attendance tracking of personnel, billing.
2. Record payments, customer balances.
3. Receive and check stocks
4. Conduct inventory of air conditioning units and other materials
5. Contact customers, suppliers and personnel

*Training will be provided and with pay
*Working hours: Monday to Saturday - 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
